Requirements
Bachelor or MBA in Finance/M.Com with 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Taxation.
Key Competencies
Prepare and File Tax Returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PST, etc.)
Prepare Tax Reports and Reconciliations
Ensure Timely Payment of Taxes
Maintain Compliance with FBR
Support Stakeholders with Tax-Related Decision-Making
Maintain Accurate Tax Records and Documentation
Coordinate with Finance/Accounting Teams
Responsibilities
Prepare and File Tax Returns
Collect and review financial data (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll) from accounting records.
Compute taxable income as per the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
Prepare and file: Income Tax Returns (annual), Sales Tax/GST Returns (monthly), Withholding Tax Statements (monthly/quarterly).
Reconcile declared figures with books of accounts before submission.
