QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be a Certified Public Accountant
2. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in end-to-end Taxation
3. Willing to work on-site (MOA, Pasay), from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

JOB SUMMARY

Ensure 100% compliance of managed properties to BIR and other government agencies regulations; Close-out of tax audits with minimal exposure; Provide assistance to managed properties in providing response to external queries; Maintain centralized filing of pertinent documents

• Attend trainings and seminars for tax updates and cascade to all departments

• Ensure accurate and timely compliance to all government regulatory reports

• Handling of BIR tax audits including the recon procedures, analysis, and accurate preparation and submission of schedules/working papers in a timely manner...
