Position Overview
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Monitor and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions
- Prepare internal financial reports to support management decision-making
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record retention of financial transactions
Tax and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other government requirements
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants on compliance matters
