Overview

Primary responsibilities include the coordination, planning, and oversight of global tax matters for Quest Software and One Identity subsidiaries and operations. Other significant responsibilities include the completion/review of international related components of the annual income tax provision, maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation, withholding taxes, support of FATCA/CRS requirements, entity rationalization, and on-going planning, structuring and management of the Company’s international tax structure. This position will work directly with Tax Team members located in the US and Ireland.
