The Tax Accountant reports to the Tax Manager and assists Middle East compliance activities focused on taxation and statutory financial audits.

The Tax Accountant works with significant independence, but within established guidelines, producing and analysing financial and tax information.

+ Supports the ME-Tax and Audit Team in direct and indirect tax filings by preparing tax calculations and reconciliations and checking material transactions against source documents (e.g., tax invoices).
+ Ensures tax reporting and related administrative activities are accomplished on time
+ Ensures final returns, working files and other related documents are stored on SharePoint and/or shared drive
+ Serve as point of contact of auditors for tax audit requirements of assigned entities
