Engineering & Operations Leadership Development Graduate scheme at Mondelēz International offers a 3‑year program with three 12‑month rotations in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Quality. The program is designed to develop operational leadership skills and expose participants to industry experts across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership.
