Position Overview

Our taproom is our pride and joy and we are looking for a creative, energetic and hard-working taproom manager to join our team.


Key responsibilities will include:
Serving customers with a smile.
Keeping The Taproom clean and tidy and doing all those jobs that no-one wants to do.
Ordering stock including guest kegs and other drinks and snacks.
Posting on social media.
Updating the booking system and payment systems.
Being nice and friendly and playing well with others.
The post is a full-time position and you will work at least 2 full weekends per month. Salary to be discussed. We work a 40 hour week at Belleville and we give 20 days holiday per year excluding bank holidays. There is a company pension scheme. The salary quoted excludes any bonus structure.
