The **Tank Farms Person in Charge (PIC) or Senior Person in Charge (PIC)** designated individual responsible for ensuring all aspects of a high risk or non-routine/complex work activity is conducted safely and according to defined scope and work package procedural requirements. Implements all phases of Integrated Safety Management (i.e. Define scope of work, analyze the hazards, identify controls, perform work, and provide feedback) and maintains a controlling presence at the work site ensuring qualified personnel complete the appropriate technical work documents.
