DigitalOcean is expanding in Hyderabad, India. We are looking for a People Generalist/Talent Success Partner to join our People team. This is a contract position for 8 months (maternity backfill) with potential to convert into full time. You will report to the PBP Director and be responsible for performing a wide range of HR duties, including employee relations, management support, performance management and employee engagement. The role will assist in coaching managers, support people initiatives, and handle both operational and strategic HR tasks. This is a hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with in‑person presence at least three times a week.

• Support complete employee life‑cycle processes for our India employees, including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation/benefits, engagement survey and action planning, employee relations and off‑boarding.
