About the Role

At SKINMADE, content performance is not just about editing or scripting — it starts with who is on camera.

We are building a structured TikTok content ecosystem, and we’re looking for a Talent Specialist to own how we source, evaluate, and select faces that represent the brand.

This role is hands‑on and execution‑driven.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the right people appear in our content — consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Source potential talents from TikTok, Instagram, affiliates, and referrals
• Evaluate creators based on: Speaking ability, camera presence, relatability and conversion potential
• Run simple test shoots using provided scripts to assess performance
• Build and maintain a pool of reliable, high‑performing talents
