Position Overview
The **Talent S** **ourcing Partner** is responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent for Philips. This role will ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates are identified through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging agreed-upon channels, and aligning candidates’ ambitions with the organization’s business needs. Additionally, you will ensure all sourcing / recruitment activities adhere to organizational policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines, maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance throughout the hiring process.
