This Talent Sourcer focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and evaluating a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs across Sales Early Careers.
Sourcing strategies include mining online candidate databases, social media sites (such as LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean keyword searching, and analyzing market data to identify top talent. If you love the thrill of the hunt to match candidates with their next career opportunity, building rapport with passive and hard to find candidates, and thrive delivering on metrics- this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
Source potential and passive candidates through direct applicant channels, Gartner’s CRM, referrals, professional social media sites, extensive lead generation research and relationship building
Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the Gartner value proposition
