Ensure that hiring is kept within budgeted headcount and approvals
Attend career fair and other events to promote offline employer brand awareness to the public and students respectively as well as actively participate on LinkedIn platform to promote online brand marketing efforts
Support regional talent mobility
Business Performance and Management
Update of spreadsheets such as recruitment tracker, staff, movement List for new joiners, resignees, promotion and transfer
Provide monthly hiring and people reports to support relevant departments
