Position Overview
Perform verification and audit checks on HR benefits claims (e.g., medical and dental), including regular expense reviews. Liaise with external vendors to manage and resolve eCS card account issues.
- Support payroll operations, including preparation of monthly salaries and bonus payments, payroll accounting, billing and invoicing, annual tax filings, and maintenance of payroll records.
- Manage payroll-related billing matters with external organisations.
- Handle complex payroll and claims queries from employees, line managers, auditors, and stakeholders, and prepare reports for management and audit purposes.
- Contribute to digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and governance.
- Support the team in new or evolving workstreams as required.
