As a Talent Performance Coaching Specialist within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA (preferred) or Birmingham, AL.

This role is part of PNC’s accommodations team. The team evaluates all ADA accommodation requests for employees of PNC. This includes engaging in the interactive process with employees and managers, assessing accommodation options available at PNC, and evaluating and dispositioning accommodation requests.
