Key Responsibilities Talent Programs Recruitment Lead the company's early careers agenda by managing flagship programs (ULIP and UFLP) lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring seamless experiences for interns Administer and maintain Talent Acquisition platforms (e.g., Workday) and data, ensuring accurate job postings, candidate data management, and compliance with internal processes and external statutory requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process. Foster strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to ensure seamless recruitment operations and timely approvals Track, measure, and report on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and programme outcomes.
