POSITION TITLE: Talent Manager - Kenya FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: Human Resources REPORTS TO: Regional HR Manager -East Africa JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Regional HR Manager East Africa and part of the Human Resources function, the Talent Manager plays a key role in supporting the companys growth by attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders including the Country Manager, HR teams and Business Unit Heads, the role also involves managing relationships with external partners such as universities, training institutions, recruitment agencies and relevant authorities to strengthen the talent ecosystem and support business objectives.
