Drive change through working in the execution of Talent Management multiple programs which may include Speaker Series, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee and Talent Engagement and Assessments.
Assess and analyze ROI on programs to help determine necessary updates, enhancements or necessary changes.
Deploy talent programs through the HR Business Partners. Provide Consultation to both HRBP's and management to drive successful talent management.
