Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of talent programs such as succession planning, career pathways, and performance review processes. You will be involved in the identification and development of high‑potential employees, providing targeted development interventions while working closely with managers to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
