Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic thinking and execution to ensure that talent initiatives are scalable, cost‑effective, and aligned with the needs of the business.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of talent programs such as succession planning, career pathways, and performance review processes. You will be involved in the identification and development of high‑potential employees, providing targeted development interventions while working closely with managers to strengthen employee engagement and retention. In addition, you will oversee the creation and delivery of training programs that enhance organizational capability.
