You are a passionate talent leader with a strong track record in driving people development and organizational growth. You communicate with clarity, influence at the executive level and turn strategy into action. With 2 -3+ years of hands on experience in talent management, you have delivered impactful programs across borders. You bring global perspective having worked in a multinational and outside of your home country and understand the unique challenges of diverse teams.
