Tokyo Talent Experiences & Gifting Coordinator (Part-time)
Responsibilities
Support APAC Regional Lead in planning gifts for VIP talents (Directors, Producers, Writers, Lead Actors). Coordinate gifting for various occasions (productions, birthdays, festivals, awards, etc.). Research trends and collaborate with brands, consultants, and vendors for creative gifting ideas. Organize, manage, and track all gifting logistics, vendors, and databases. Qualifications :
5+ years of marketing/PR experience in content industry or luxury brands. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong understanding of Japanese business practices and culture. Fluent in Japanese and English. Preferred :
