Employee Engagement
- Strategize and plan engagement-led initiatives across the organization to foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and belonging.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organization-wide engagement activities and celebrations.
- Build internal communities to plan, execute, and sustain engagement programs.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of engagement initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Wellbeing
- Design and implement wellbeing initiatives for both Store and Services Office teams, covering key dimensions of wellness (emotional, physical, social, financial, mental).
- Create and maintain a Wellbeing Calendar aligned with organizational priorities and employee needs.
- Partner with external experts and partners to deliver impactful wellbeing programs.
