Position Overview
The Talent Enablement Manager is responsible for driving a high‑performance culture by designing and executing talent, performance, and learning strategies that align with IFZA’s business objectives. This position also leads IFZA Academy, a first‑of‑its‑kind training institute in the region dedicated to providing reliable industry knowledge, skills, and experience to IFZA partners.
Key Responsibilities People & Culture - Performance Management: Lead and enhance the performance framework, including goal setting, calibration, feedback cycles, and performance improvement initiatives.
