Department Overview

The Talent Development Section's mission is to promote the proactive growth of each employee by providing platforms for the development of employee competencies and skills based on Rakuten Shugi (Rakuten's principles), enabling Rakuten Group to continue contributing to the empowerment of people and society as a global innovation company.
This position plays a crucial role in promoting and supporting the growth of people who underpin the overall growth of the Rakuten Group, designing employees' learning experiences, and maximizing their effectiveness.
