As the Talent & Culture first point of contact you'll provide guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Managing multiple responsibilities with independence and professionalism you'll assist department managers with recruitment, onboarding and employment contracts while maintaining records and generating key reports. You'll also support WHS activities, handle inquiries, connect stakeholders and anticipate challenges whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all Talent & Culture operations.
