**Key Responsibilities**
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to offer and close for U.S./ global based roles.
- Develop and execute specialized strategies to attract top-tier talent in cutting-edge LLM, AI/ML, and NLP domains.
- Stay updated on U.S. technical hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in highly specialized tech areas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in ATS and provide recruiting metrics to optimize hiring practices.
**Qualifications**
- 3-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on U.S. markets.
- Proven success hiring for LLM, AI/ML, software engineering, research, or infrastructure roles.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. tech talent ecosystem and familiarity with engineering culture.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
