We’re looking for a Talent andTalent AcquisitionAdvisor for our HR office in Milan by fixed-term contract (maternity cover)

The purpose of this role is to execute the defined Talent Development and Acquisition strategy and process to hire the very best talent into the organization, and help dentsu in developing the Talented employees already part of the company. This role partners closely with others onboth the talent Acquisition and Development areas, with HR Business Facing teams and business colleagues.

Talent Acquisition: To attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in line with agreed upon talent plans and timelines.This role may be focused on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding.
