About This Role:
Kansas State University Human Resources invites applications for a new position of Talent and Organizational Development Director. This position leads and directs the talent and organizational development strategy for the university through the following:
Creates and executes strategic and tactical plans to deliver high impact training that establishes a culture of career growth, pathways, and opportunity for all employees.Ensures alignment of professional development offerings with the K-State strategic plan.Designs adult-learner focused onboarding, orientation, mentoring, and recognition programs that support the full employee lifecycle.Prioritizes a culture of well-being through promoting a variety of programming supporting employees at all levels.Prepares the workforce for operational excellence initiatives through change management, streamlining, and other organizational change concepts.C...
