Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IndustrialPsychology, or a related field (required).
Postgraduate degree or certification in Talent Management, Employment Equity, orrelated areas is an advantage.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, employment equity, or arelated HR role, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory position.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisitionstrategies.
Experience in managing employment equity compliance and reporting.
Training in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, talent management, andproject management is highly desirable.
