Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, specialist, and head-office roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies
- Drive high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and cultural fit
- Proactively source candidates using creative and data-driven methods
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future needs
- Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer stage as well as onboarding support
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and continuously improving
- Will be reporting to HR Manager
