Build scalable, audit-ready HR onboarding and talent acquisition automations using UiPath, Alteryx, SharePoint, and Tableau—streamlining workflows end-to-end to improve speed, quality, and operational resilience

As a Talent Acquisition Support & Onboarding Automation Developer, you will design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Alteryx, Sharepoint, Tableau and UIPath to improve HR process efficiency and quality. You will partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical documentation. You will support testing, production readiness, and post‑deployment monitoring to ensure stable and reliable performance. You will also help troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and contribute to automation standards and best practices.
