JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring that the hiring pipeline meets the organization's needs. This role involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment, handling outsourcing recruitment, and supervising talent acquisition officers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Management:
• Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related legal requirements.
• Meet hiring goals by filling vacancies with talented and qualified candidates.
• Oversee the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing applicants, advertising and posting job vacancies through job portals, social media, job fairs, and other related events, interviewing, offering prospective candidates, requirements gathering, and onboarding.
