OntarioMD has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruitment activities across a variety of corporate and technical roles, helping to attract high‑quality talent that supports OntarioMD’s mission and growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer facilitation.
