The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to support the organization’s manpower requirements. The Talent Acquisition Officer collaborates with department heads to identify hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and facilitate a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
