Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates to support the top of the recruitment funnel across multiple roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted research
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies and candidate profiles
- Screen candidates at a high level to assess basic qualifications, interest, and fit before passing along to recruiters
- Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Represent and promote the company's employer brand through professional outreach and networking
