Talent Specialist- 3 Month Temp

Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist required ASAP to work with supportive inhouse Talent team for a well-known business based in St Leonards paying upto $60 per hour for 3 months. 
 
 
Key responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, resourcing quality candidates (predominately within the medical device sales space) in line with managers needs

Using Workday ATS and Linkedin to best source and talent pipeline of key roles across the business

Working closely on-site with the key stakeholders including Talent team, HR and hiring managers

Ensuring a smooth onboarding process 

Other ad-hoc responsibilities such as reporting or talent strategy
