Remote Recruitment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a UK-based organisation. You'll work fully remotely, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top talent across a range of functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer stage
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools
- Screen CVs and conduct structured competency-based interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the business
- Track recruitment metrics and report on time-to-hire and quality of hire

- 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
