In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to identify, attract, and engage world-class talent in engineering, product, growth, and operations — all within the fast-evolving Web3 space. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies. Source, approach, and engage candidates through creative channels — including LinkedIn, crypto communities, Twitter/X, and Web3 networks. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
