to join the Human Resource team. We are looking for in-house TA that has mixed experience in hiring high-volume and corporate functions related positions. Primary Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Blue Collar, IT, and Engineering related positions, from sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
