High-Volume Recruitment Operations

• Proactively hunt for talent beyond just posting ads.
• Utilize social media and local community networks to find energetic candidates.
• Manage the pipeline from attractive job posting to the initial vibe-check screening calls.
• Organize and lead Hiring Open Days at outlets to quickly fill multiple positions for new store openings or peak seasons.
