You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all outlets, ensuring all are always staffed with high-energy, service-oriented promoters and floor staff. High-Volume Recruitment Operations
- Proactively hunt for talent beyond just posting ads.
- Utilize social media and local community networks to find energetic candidates.
- Manage the pipeline from attractive job posting to the initial vibe-check screening calls.
- Organize and lead Hiring Open Days at outlets to quickly fill multiple positions for new store openings or peak seasons.
Strategic Partner to Outlet Managers
