Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (white collar and/or blue collar).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Develop job descriptions in line with business needs.
- Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed), recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
