Position Overview
Project‑Based Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will support targeted hiring initiatives, source top talent, and deliver fast, high‑quality placements within defined project timelines.
Provide support in other hiring activities such as sourcing, interviewing, etc. both for direct and indirect labor requirements Prepare reports as necessary Coordinate with hiring partners as necessary Other duties as assigned Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related discipline With at least 1 year of recruiting-related experience, preferably in the simillar or fast-paced industry Keen on details, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability Can work independently Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel With above average communication skills
