- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks.
- Schedule interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
