The position will provide an effective recruiting, sourcing and administrative process to support the Talent Acquisition Partners mainly Malaysia plant and potentially within Asia
This role will manage onboarding coordination with candidates and different internal stakeholders and data management reporting as required which will enable TA
Partners/Consultants to focus on core end to end recruiting, process improvements and strategic innovations.
On top of this main task, this role will also assist in the timely updates of the teamβs Job Instructions, facilitating team trainings and active support in process improvement initiatives.
