We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join KWAN's internal team and play a central role in connecting ambitious IT professionals with projects where they can truly thrive. This is a Hybrid opportunity for residents in Portugal, with a weekly in-person moment in Lisbon or Porto.

The Challenge:

• Partner closely with Account Management to understand open opportunities, technical profiles, and client priorities;
• Run active sourcing of IT profiles across LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, internal databases, and tech communities;
• Build organised, rigorous longlists aligned with real client needs;
• Write and publish job ads with intention, no generic clichés;
• Conduct screenings and initial interviews, assessing technical fit, behavioural signals, and motivation;
• Keep BD aligned through continuous communication to maintain speed and precision;
