Job Description
This contract Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports a large hospital system in the Kansas City area by managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions. You will identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates while partnering closely with other recruiting consultants and leveraging an Applicant Tracking System to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
Responsibilities

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

+ Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions within the hospital system.

+ Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Workday, to post jobs, track candidates, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity.
