Overview of Role:

We are looking for people like us; hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun. This role will be responsible for all aspects of multilingual and executive recruiting for National Pen as part of the Talent Acquisition and People team. If you are actively involved with entire talent acquisition process from sourcing candidates to induction, then this role is for you. This includes: sourcing active and passive candidates from various recruitment sources, present pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions, possible screening of employee referrals, ensure compliance with our hiring policies and practices and develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals in a multicultural and global environment.
