You will work closely with hiring managers from different countries to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
1-3 years recruitment experience in a multinational company or recruitment agency Experience of direct and indirect candidate sourcing via professional networking Excellent verbal and communication skills Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills Ability to lead and coordinate multiple recruitment projects in cross country environments Proactive, adaptable, driven and tech-savvy Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
