We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support recruitment efforts across our KSA operations. This role is based in Dubai and requires prior experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia.
This opportunity is open to fluent Arabic speakers only.
Key Responsibilities: - KSA Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Saudi Arabia, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers for seamless candidate assessments.
- Offer & Onboarding: Prepare offers, facilitate onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires in KSA.
- Recruitment Tracking: Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
