Key Responsibilities - Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts in Cape Town, from sourcing and interviewing to offer stage and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans
- Support local hiring needs by managing recruitment reports and data.
- Run day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the Cape Town office, including documentation, contracts, and employee file management.
- Handle and run the site-level payroll process and ensure accuracy and timely delivery in collaboration with the finance team.
- Ensure all HR practices in Cape Town comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Maintain accurate records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
